Early Leather SAP holster, cuff pouches etc

Here are some items of early SAP leather uniform kit in my collection : Sam Browne Belt, marked 'SAP' on the tongue, hand cuff pouch, sword with 'frog' and straps, and a holster for the .38 (9.65mm according to the system!!) Webley or Enfield holsters.

This type of holster fell away in the 1960s, the Sam Browne and sword was worn on ceremonial occasions by Commissioned officers only, up to October 1995. Warrant Officers wore the same Sam Browne (minus the sword) as part of the Winter uniform and summer safari suite up to around the mid to late 1980s (Sergeants and Constables wore a similar belt, but Black in colour).

The holster has a brass stud, which fits perfectly into a purpose made hole in the belt of the Sam Browne... as seen in the pictures below...
